She has impeccable leadership skill for team mobilization and qualities to achieve institutional goals. She has deep knowledge on GESI perspectives in project development and actively advocates for gender issues in policy frameworks. She has worked on various projects supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), USAID and others, focusing on clean energy access and gender inclusivity. Timalsina has master's degree in Rural Development and Management.
